Montana Guiding Company was founded after a lifelong passion for fly fishing and the outdoors. Since I was 7 years old, fishing and hunting have been my biggest passions in life. Childhood trips to Montana from the Midwest showed me a world of possibilities, and I started guiding when I moved to Montana in 2011. When I first started, I worked to learn as much as I could, from both my own experiences, and learning from others. I’ve been fortunate enough to guide and work with truly some of the best Outfitters and Guides in Montana over the years, which has helped shape my skills and experience in this industry.
My main goal is to provide customers with an experience that they’ll cherish forever and look forward to coming back to these rivers for this experience for years to come. I enjoy working with people to build a trip for them that is tailored to their specific desires. After communicating with my customers, I use knowledge of the area, fishing, and customer service to work towards meeting and exceeding those desires and goals. Whether that's catching the most fish possible, showing a father/son tandem a week they'll always remember, targeting big fish with a single angler, or doing a group trip for a family of four just out for a relaxing day, it's important to me to work with people to curate trips specific to each guest.
